We are the owners of this nice and brand new home located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in the River neighborhood.

The apartment is rented for studentes, tourists, business people or other people coming for a temporary stay to Buenos Aires.

The maximum capacity is 4 people.



The apartment is located in the River neighborhood, a residential area close from Av. del Libertador and the Palermo Woods. It is close to several Universities: Universidad di Tella, Universidad de Belgrano, UCA, and also to the Italian and French Schools. It is also sorrounded by shops, supermarkets, food delivery, Discotheques/Bars, laundries, Bookstore, Cathedral/Church, Restaurants/Pubs, Exchange Houses and Banks, the biggest Argentinean Football/Soccer Stadium, several bus lines, but still is a quiet neighborhood.

The house is on the first floor (no lift available) and offers a living-dining room, a nice open kitchen, one bedroom with a queen size bed, Air conditioner and a lovely balcony facing the street, a second bedroom with two beds and one bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with High speed internet access Wi-Fi, Air conditioner in the main room, Cable TV, stereo, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, kitchenware, linens and towels.

u$s 340 weekly.-

It includes high speed Internet, cable TV, Maid service once a week, building fees, electricity, heating, water, gas, City taxes.-

HOW TO BOOK

After you have received a response to your request for the availability of the apartment, please send me an email to let me know about your decision of renting my apartment. -In addition, a 20% down payment is needed to ensure the booking.- This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or modification.- If you are already in Buenos Aires, you can make this payment in cash.- You will then receive a confirmation with the details of your stay.- The balance of the stay (80%) must be paid in cash when you check-in to the apartment.-



SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit will always be required upon arrival, and this amount will vary according to the length of you stay.- The deposit is payable in cash.- This deposit will be returned to you on the day of your departure after an inventory and inspection of the apartment has been completed.-
If you are renting 1 week- Deposit=The price of 1 week’s rent
If you are renting 2 weeks-Deposit=The price of 1 week’s rent
If you are renting 3 weeks-Deposit=The price of 2 week’s rent
If you are renting for a month ore more-Deposit=The price of 1 month’s rent

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF YOUR STAY

If you cancel before your arrival, the 20% deposit will not be refunded.- However, if 30 days before notice is given, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.- In addition, if the planned dates of your stay are shortened, this will not entitle the tenant to a refund of the rent already paid.- Please, note that the rental rate has been calculated according the length of your stay.-If for some reason, as un unexpected situation affects the property before your arrival and it is no longer possible to stay there, I will return all the money paid for the reservation.-

Check-in time: 3 p.m.
Check-out time: 10 a.m.

Please, email me 48 hours before your arrival with your itinerary information, so the arrangements for the day of your arrival can be organized.-
